Restricted: Publication Embargo
The work is restricted in its use in one of the following ways: the end user must be known to the provider of the data, and/ or can only access the data under controlled conditions. Publication of derivatives to be agreed with the data provider.
A work provided under this license is free, but not open due to prerogative by the creator(s) to publish first.
Reasonable Restrictions on Access
The owner or creator of the work can take reasonable actions to manage and control access prior to publication, including
- requiring a user account with access rights to be granted to potential users;
- requiring the end user to contact the creator or owner prior to use
- or both of the above.
Reasonable Duration of Restrictions
A reasonable embargo period is 18 months from first publication of the metadata.
